You made it to Day 3! Before we jump into today’s sessions, we’ll take a few minutes to reconnect and ease into the day together. Whether you’ve made progress on a measurement and analytics goal or just managed to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, this is a moment to celebrate wins—big or small—and catch up with your fellow learners.

Speaker: Megan Torrance

GenAI tools make learning data analytics accessible to nearly all of us. Let’s make sure you have the data literacy, AI literacy, and ethical frameworks in order to engage with these powerful tools for maximum impact. You’ll get to explore qualitative & quantitative analysis using GenAI tools you probably already have access to, as well as the W.I.S.E. A.T. A.I. framework for applying effective & ethical practices in your AI use.

Join this session to:

  • Use GenAI tools to evaluation quantitative & qualitative data
  • Learn prompting mindsets to get the most out of your GenAI tools
  • Apply the W.I.S.E. A.T. A.I. framework for effective & responsible use of AI

What if your measurement strategy could run itself – automatically planning, analyzing, and acting on training impact in real-time? That’s the promise of AI agents. In this interactive session, you’ll get hands-on with a swarm of role-based agents that don’t just crunch data but make decisions, trigger interventions, and generate insights on the fly. You’ll leave not only understanding the difference between passive AI assistants and proactive AI agents, but also experiencing how autonomous multi-agent measurement teams can multiply your impact – and your credibility – in the business.

Join this session to:

  • Experience how autonomous agents can plan, analyze, and act without step-by-step instructions.
  • Build and run your own “mini swarm” (manager, designer, data collector, analyst, reporter, action) and see it coordinate in real time.
  • Tweak agent goals and rules to watch how small changes reshape decisions, insights, and interventions.
  • Explore strategies to integrate agents into your measurement practices with confidence and impact.

In the old L&D world, measurement was scarce, so we planned endlessly before we built. In the AI world, measurement is abundant, fast, and cheap—which means we can design differently.

You’ve just seen how GenAI can level up your analytics and how AI agents can automate impact measurement; now it’s time to put it all together. In this session, we’ll rehearse a process for designing training in the AI era: start messy, measure at scale, fix quickly, and let data fuel your next cycle.

Join this session to:

  • Make a mess (on purpose)
  • Measure the mess (because you can)
  • Fix fast, and repeat

Because when you can measure anything, you’re free to try anything—the trick is knowing how to act on it.

Discover how learning professionals can partner with their peers and with generative AI tools like ChatGPT to move beyond data analysis and into meaningful insight generation. Building on Megan’s morning session about data analysis, we’ll take the next step: using our own brains, a team’s collective thinking, and our AI tools to uncover actionable insights.

Participants will explore how to:

  • Recognize patterns, trends, and outliers in learning data
  • Apply a human-centered insight generation model (ARIA) in collaboration with AI
  • Collaborate with others to generate meaningful insights
  • Use AI to support descriptive and diagnostic questioning

This session highlights when and how to bring in AI—and when to rely on human judgment, group reflection, and collaborative reasoning. Insight doesn’t come from AI alone; it’s the result of thoughtful human-AI partnership.

It’s time for the final celebration! In this high-energy session, teams will share what they created during the Hackathon—whether it’s a polished dashboard, a scrappy mock-up, or a bold experiment that shifted their thinking. This is about highlighting discoveries, sharing lessons learned, and sparking new ideas for how measurement and analytics can drive impact in L&D. Let’s see what’s possible when data meets creativity, with a little imagination and a lot of curiosity.

We’ll close out this three-week experience with space to reflect on what you’ve experienced, celebrate how far you’ve come, and identify what comes next. You’ll take time to translate your ideas into measurable, actionable commitments.

Together, we’ll surface takeaways, share ideas, and build momentum—because the real work (and opportunity) starts now.

Join this session to:

  • Review, consolidate, and share the most impactful insights from the Intensive.
  • Write a commitment to take future action.
  • Set up your commitment in a tool to track its future impact.
