As Chief Enablement Architect with Axonify, JD develops technology, content and services that empower more than 4 million frontline workers in retail, grocery, financial services, hospitality and beyond to perform at their best. He continues to advise enterprises, technology firms and practitioners on their enablement and go-to-market strategies through LearnGeek.

Shannon Davis is the Talent Development Manager at MAREK, an 87 year old , industry-leading construction contractor serving Texas and the Southeast United States. With more than 15 years of experience in talent, learning, and workforce capability, she is passionate about equipping people with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed—whether in the field, in leadership roles, or across the broader organization.
A committed contributor to the profession, Shannon has served on the ATD Forum’s Advisory Group and is a frequent facilitator for talent development communities. She has led and co-facilitated sessions at major industry events, including the 2023, 2024 and 2025 ATD International Conference & EXPO, where she shares practical insights on learning strategy, culture building, and organizational performance.
Shannon is also deeply invested in supporting the future of the construction industry. She volunteers with the AGC Scholarship Committee and other community-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening educational access and career pathways for emerging talent.
A proud Texas Tech University alumna, lifelong learner, wife, and mother, Shannon brings curiosity, heart, and a spirit of adventure to everything she does.
