Logging Into the Platform

  • Open the virtual platform here on a supported browser (Chrome or Edge).
  • Click Login in the upper right corner, then enter the email address you used to register and your order number. Your receipt from ATD will have this number.
  • Upon first login, follow the instructions to set up your profile, add a photo, and set your preferred time zone.
  • Your profile includes name, company, email, bio, and social media handles.
  • You can upload a photo and choose networking ribbons to add to your profile.
  • The default event time zone is America/New York. If that is your preferred time zone, on the first line, select the option Display in event time zones (America/New York) and then skip the second line.
  • If you prefer a different time zone, please select Display times in my time zone and choose the appropriate time zone from the drop-down list on the second line.

Tip: We strongly recommend using the Google Chrome browser for the best viewing and accessibility experience.
